Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
    • Orders are processed Monday through Sunday, even on public holidays.
    • During sales, promotions, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
    • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery services within Ghana:

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days in Accra and 2–7 days outside Accra.
  • Express Delivery: Available for selected locations. Orders placed before the daily cut-off time may qualify for same-day or next-day delivery, depending on the destination and availability. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information during checkout.

Penn Carrison Apparel Co. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you need to update your delivery details after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make changes before your order is dispatched.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of your package.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Store Pickup

Customers may choose to collect their orders from our store at Oyarifa Mall. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
